What You May Notice

In the Beginning

You may notice soreness in areas that have been inactive, increased awareness of tension, and gradual opening in parts of the body that have felt stiff or stagnant for a long time.

Over Time

Movement begins to feel lighter. Pain and tension begin to reduce. Posture improves naturally. The body becomes more flexible, more responsive, and more free.

Level 1 — Reawakening the Body

Daily Practice

Level 1 is a simple daily protocol designed to reconnect you to your body in a safe and intelligent way.

The Focus

This level is not about intensity. It is about restoring access. The body is reawakened gradually through consistency, awareness, and intelligent exploration of range.
